By creating a ReplyFlow account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
ReplyFlow is a subscription SaaS tool that connects to your Google Business Profile and Yelp accounts, surfaces your customer reviews in one dashboard, and uses AI to draft reply suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is published. ReplyFlow does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI output for your specific business context.
You represent that you own or are authorised to manage the business locations you connect to ReplyFlow. You remain bound by Google's and Yelp's own terms of service, and you agree not to use ReplyFlow in any way that would violate them. You may disconnect either integration at any time from your dashboard.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with up to 10 AI replies per day. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Starter $49/month, Pro $99/month, Agency $249/month). Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree not to use ReplyFlow to:
AI-generated reply text belongs to you once generated. ReplyFlow retains ownership of its software, interface, and brand. You grant ReplyFlow a limited licence to process your review data solely to provide the service described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ReplyFlow depends on third-party APIs (Google, Yelp, Stripe, Anthropic) whose outages or policy changes may temporarily affect functionality.
ReplyFlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including damage to business reputation from AI-generated content you choose to publish. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
