ReplyFlow drafts

Drafts are suggestions. You are always the one who publishes.

How it works

Set it up once, then just read and approve

  1. 1

    Connect Google

One permission, just enough to read your reviews and reply. Never Gmail, Drive or Contacts.

  2. 2

    Your reviews sync in

Everything you already have, plus each new one as it lands — rating, date and who wrote it.

  3. 3

    A reply gets written

It answers what the customer actually said, in your business's voice, with your sign-off.

  4. 4

    You give the nod

Edit first if you like. Once you trust it, flip a business over to posting on its own.

It sounds like a person

Every draft is written against the specific review, never a template. No "thank you for your feedback."

Nothing goes out unseen

Approval is on by default. Auto-posting is a switch you turn on yourself, business by business.

Careful with hard ones

An unhappy review gets a real acknowledgement — and never a refund, discount or promise you didn't make.

Try it for a week. Decide after that.

Ten replies a day during the trial, no card required. Plans start at $49/month when you're ready, and you can stop whenever.

Questions

Will the replies sound robotic?

They're written against the specific review, not a template, and they use the sign-off you set. You read every one before it goes out, so anything that sounds off never gets published.

Does it post without asking me?

Not unless you ask it to. Approval is on by default. Each business has an auto-posting switch that stays off until you turn it on, and turning it on asks you to confirm.

What does it say to an angry customer?

It acknowledges what went wrong and says so plainly. It won't offer refunds, discounts or free items, invite them to call you, or promise anything will be fixed — so a reply never commits you to something you didn't agree to.

Is connecting Google safe?

We use standard OAuth. Your Google password is never seen or stored by ReplyFlow, and you can revoke access any time from your Google account permissions.

What happens after the free trial?

After 7 days you can pick a plan or simply stop. No card is needed to start and nothing is charged automatically.

Do you support Yelp?

You can sync and read Yelp reviews today. Yelp's API doesn't allow posting replies, so those are written for you to paste across.

How many replies do I get?

Ten a day during the free trial. Paid plans start at $49/month, and Pro and Agency include unlimited replies.
