Need a hand? Email support@replyflow.dev. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Open ReplyFlow and tap Add Business on the home screen. Give the business a name, pick its type, and set the sign-off you want appended to replies. You can add more businesses later from the + Add control in the Businesses section.
From your business, choose Connect Google and sign in with the Google account that manages the listing. ReplyFlow requests a single permission — business.manage — which is what Google requires to read your reviews and post replies on your behalf. We never request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service.
If the connection fails, confirm that the Google account you used is listed as an owner or manager of the business in Google Business Profile.
By default nothing is published until you approve it — drafts are generated by AI and shown to you first.
If you would rather not review each one, open a business and turn on Post replies automatically. Replies for that business are then published to Google as soon as they are written, without passing through the approval queue.
This is off by default and we suggest leaving it off until you have read enough drafts to trust the output. With it on, you will not see a reply before your customers do, and a published reply is visible immediately. You remain responsible for everything posted under your business name.
ReplyFlow uses Anthropic's Claude to draft replies. The review text, your business name, and your chosen tone are sent to Anthropic to produce each draft. Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for what you publish, so read every reply before approving it.
If a generated reply is inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive, tap Report this reply on the draft. The report reaches us with the draft attached, and it stays available after approval so you can flag something you only noticed once it was live.
Plans are managed on the web at replyflow.dev/dashboard. The iOS app shows your current plan and remaining trial days but does not sell subscriptions.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time:
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It erases your login, your businesses, your synced reviews, your generated replies, and your stored Google tokens. There is no recovery, and we cannot restore a deleted account. If you would rather have us do it for you, email support@replyflow.dev from your account address.
You can revoke ReplyFlow's access at any time from your Google account permissions page. We delete the stored OAuth tokens and associated Google review data within 30 days.
This usually means the app could not reach our servers. Pull to refresh, or tap Retry on the error banner. If it persists, check your network connection and then email us.
Google's Business Profile API applies per-project rate limits, and syncs can fail if the connected Google account has lost manager access to the listing. Re-connect Google from the business screen. If reviews still do not appear, send us your business name and we will look at the sync log.
ReplyFlow notifies you two ways when new drafts are ready: a push notification telling you how many replies are waiting for approval, and an email.
For push, check Settings → Notifications → ReplyFlow on your device and confirm notifications are allowed. Push is registered the first time you open the app on a device and grant permission, so if you declined at the prompt you will need to enable it in Settings. Notifications do not work on the iOS Simulator by design.
For email, check the inbox for the address on your account, including its spam folder, and make sure hello@replyflow.dev is not filtered.
Businesses set to post replies automatically produce nothing to approve, so they generate no notification.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it, and our Terms of Service for the rules of the road.
Email support@replyflow.dev. Please include your account email and, if you are reporting a problem with a specific reply, the business name and the review it was written for.
